Hello all, I am an armor guy, and am building the USS Emmons, converted to a fast destroyer in 44, sunk in 45 here on Okinawa. My dive instructor has made many dives on her and she is very important to my instructor.
My DML 1954 Buchanan has arrived, and I have a couple of photos on the net of the mine sweeping equipment in the rear, but where can I find 1/350 scale mine sweeper equipment and reels? Also where can I get ahold of decals for her?
this ship has me intimidated.

Welcome to the site.
I have been checking out those some conversions. I was hoping to maybe one day build the USS Adams.
As for where to get the mine conversion parts, I am not sure. But I will begin a search for some.
Don't let the ship intimidate you. It is just a model and they all build the same.
