Hi Bruce

Yes, I have noticed that bar, and found it strange

Go to the link your locker (next to the US Flag)
Choose modify profile
Where it says Personal Signature: delete all content that you have put there.

Exit that area, close page, empty your computer cache, open browser, check this again.

It should be ok.
Now make a simple signature with only bold and break html tags
Hope this helps

Hi Bruce

Yes there's still a lot of blank area...
Check the URL for Signature Image: area and see if there's some "trash" html before the http link
put the cursor in the text box and make a select all [(crtl + a) if pc (apple + a) if mac], delete and write the url for the banner again.

You can write your signature as it was before
I think it may work

Nop!

I have tried to hide the signature area (one of the available options for every users) and, your posts look good...
Turning it on again, it regain the larger height...

You probably have some trash hidden in some field.... (wild guess!)
Another suggestion is to clear all the signature fields (image too) and see if it turn good. If you can restore it to the original clear option, than one at a time (image, signature) insert and check and see if the problem persists

Sorry, but that's the best I can do

the techie said it is not my system, but it might be kitmaker's system.i do not know if there was a system upgrade or if grimlins are having fun with me. it seems to happen to me alot.
thanks for your help.

Goblins, maybe?....

Seriously, looks like an .html snafu to me, Bruce...are you positive that the signature box is completely empty? not even a , or a /, in the mist?....place your curser in the box in the "modify profile" section , and run it to the end...then backspace back to the beginning, and "save changes", Bruce....then go back to the forums, hit refresh, and see if anything has changed, mate...sure looks to me like a rogue .html tag is hanging around causing a problem...
