MSW crew mate An Chu (anchu1939) sends us a fine gallery of images of his 1/700 build of the King George V class battleship, HMS Prince of Wales, in this "On Display" photo feature!

Hi An

As usual with your works, I like the construction and PE application (from what I can see: flawless!).
Also you managed quite well to paint the camo scheme without any trace of paint overlapping and thick areas, good and subtle wash and a marvelous weathering.
Of course I can not skip the rigging (especially noted on the Walrus seaplane)

I have to ask something: You have printed on your photos AC #292. Does this mean this is your model number 292? All in 700th scale?
Just curious

Congratulations once again An!
Thanks for sharing it with us, Mark!

Outstanding work! Being a larger scale modeler, I am amazed at what can be accomplished with models half the size.

In fact, I will use those images as part of my reference collection on the Prince.

I can't wait to see his Repulse and Hood!

Yes. A very well done build indeed. The PE for the AA, looks impressive and must have been quite a job but worth it. Awesome build!

Hi An!

You opened the box of pandora, here!
I went to visit your blog and spend... two hours enjoying your works! Excellent and I appreciated your effort in making the models with a chronological built organization - you are the living proof that we can always excel ourselves! Your first models were already good, but you have grown and now, make them excellent!
Thank you for sharing your works with us!
Again, Congratulations!
