Let's face it - that is one of the coolest models ever! And it's an Airfix. And it's been around for sooooo many years! And - as far as I know - there are no updates, PE-sets or other aftermarket products that comes along with it!
And I just went and bought myself one!
Great job on a nice model! // PolarBear

I think people forget some of those “old” kits are still decent kits to build. I really like those turrets, not armor, but you might not get set.
Very nice built Matt! BZ

Thanks for the kudos guys. Much appreciated. I liked that little kit so much, I went out and bought two more of the them at a garage sale I found locally. Also grabbed a couple different Vosper MTB's that had differing weapons and deck configurations on them. Both should prove to be a lot of fun when complete as there is a fair amount of rigging involved which I always dread, but have started getting used to it now. One of the MTB's is a RoG kit and the other is another Airfix. I'll get some pics up of them once I decide to get them underway. They are rather far back in the que though. Too many projects going at once...arrrghh. Thanks again for the kudos. "Q"

These really are nice, fairly cheap wee kits and can be adapted relatively easily to other versions.
Be adventurous.
