Ah yes, my friend, would you be interested in photographing the show for us and doing a small report? I could turn it into a great event feature, mate! Whaddaya say??

Hi Shaun

I'll be there both days, too.
Also entering competition and will be at Finewaterline / Small warships stands (or near, since some shopping will be done, and also, as usual, a ship photo report)
Cheers,
Rui

It will be though, Jean-Bernard
But even if I don't get any (high possibility - the competition is very friendly, but THOUGH) I know I will have a lot of fun, be with the MASTERS, talk a lot and drink some (or a lot!!!! ) of pints!

It will be good to see the "online" friends again!

Have a nice time Rui, and take care - you know the wet element can be dangerous - even in pintsize...

Cheers/Jan

Hello Gunny
I'll be taking plenty of pic's as I usually do when I'm at Telford, so I should be able to find some for here to use.
Hi Rui
With any luck should bump into you sometime over the weekend to say hello.
Goodluck with the comp.

Hi Guys!

Just got back, and the returning trip back home went much better than the inbound one (although the start of it was starting to look like another nightmare with delayed trains :mad_1: )
The show was better than I expected, with an impressive amount of f"our in a row" display tables with ship models, which makes our small ships very noticeable! David Griffith's "My Little Navy", Les's Small Warships, Cruiser SIG and FineWaterline made an impact in visitors!
Although there were a lot of them scattered among the two halls, in that area we could smell the sea

Congrats to Jim's Roma, but also to his K-boat
Congrats to Mike for Gnydia, E-Class Destroyer and British Promisse
Congrats to all German Gamblers team and another Best Foreign Display (and a pleasure to met Frank Spar)

It's good to see good modeling jobs be recognized even if they are "small" (in dimensions but huge in work, dedication and skills)

Tired, I am going to bed
Be back soon with a ship photo report

Aside for being a bit envious - I hope you had a nice trip and had the chance to sample some of the local brews.

Did you get a load of pictures of the Revell 1:144 Fletcher ?

Cheers/Jan
