Hi all,

This is the latest build. Its going slowly (as usual).

Here are some pics. It's all blue tacked together at the moment.

The deck masked and part painted:



Masking removed, it needs a bit of tidying up:







One day I might manage an OOB build but right now I have to mess around with everything, including this Sea Vixen.







I wasn’t impressed with the kit part for the main mast:



So I got out my scalpel and sand paper and after ten minutes I’d turned the kit part into this:






Actually... It's part of the WEM "Royal Navy Modern Ship Fittings 1/600" and well worth the money! The ordering was smooth and the well packaged parts arrived within a couple of days.



More pics to follow when I get some modelling time.
