Nearly every Navy ship in route to the Western Pacific (WesPac) from the United States makes a port call at Pearl Harbor. It is indeed an honor to pass the USS Arizona Memorial on a Navy ship and render honors to that ship and her crew.

I agree. Although I did not make it out that way during my Navy time I did have the honor of visiting in 1985. My mother was actually in Pearl Harbor for the 60th anniversary, it was her second visit.
