Results are in, mates!

Peter – 5 Points – As they say the devil is in the details. The only thing the admirals walk is missing it a table set for tea. BZ this month!!

Guido – 3 Points – Your water is beautiful. I hope you can be talked into doing a SBS for us.

Dade – 1 Point – I want to see you repair the piece of railing! Another solid month. Keep it up.

Peter, wonderful work on the massive amount of photo etch for this ship.

3 points to Guido Hopp (Tailor)
Guido, beautiful work on the base. And yet another great way to make water.

1 point to Jacob Walker (redneck)
Again, nice detail work with the photo etch and good to see some paint going on.

We are in 2009! May this year bring all of you what you have wished for!

Must say that this months entries had me thinking a lot on who would get 1st and 2nd - very though decision!
Congratulations to all entrants who actually had the time to make something during this busy season!!

5 points to Guido Hopp's 1/350 DKM Leipzig
Guido's excellent first part on How to Make water, definitely caught my eye! It's very seldom seen this kind of bad weather in ship scale modeling and also Guido has pointed out a very important thing: If you have worked so hard on your ship model why do you overlook the seascape?
Ships portrayed in a seascape count has one and it should "feel" right!
Also good attention to hull plating is a plus.

3 points to Peter Fulgoney's 1/700 Georgios Averoff
Continuing the PE saga , Peter is showing us all that PE parts should be treated with care and attention, making those parts blend with the model, independently of their size - they need to look right!

1 poinst to Dade W. Bell's 1/700 IJN Hiryu
Dade, made a small update, but has taken the same care and passion has with the previous ones. Good planning and anticipating a nice touch of crew of the bridge will surely make this a great display model!

Commendation to Jacob Walker's 1/350 USS Gettysburg
Jacob is keeping his project afloat and although some parts need touch up on the paint job, this Gettysburg is starting to get it's shape.
