Well, that would be a grand effort to tinker on, but I think the neighbors might be a bit put out with the addition I would have to put through their living room to display it.
Seriously, it is definitely a great time to be a ship modeler as has been pointed out before. Albeit, not a poor one, you know that is gonna make the old wallet squeal big time.

I was fortunate to visit OV's Shenzhen workshop 1-1/2 years ago just after they released their 1/128 Graf Spee & have to say they offer probably the best detailed GRP kits on the market. In addition to Kongo they were developing a 1/128 Scharnhorst kit but I've not heard anything further on this. Loyalhanna carries their line in the States.
