The water is silicone which i shaped with my fingers.Just kept lubricating them with water so the silicone doesn't stick to them once starts setting.Then i added a bit of cotton right on top of a few waves ,painted white and bathed in ''Klear'' to add some glossiness and hold its final shape.

Great build, Kostas. I really like the water effects. Nice trick with the cotton - that one is new to me.
