The latest issue of Model Graphix has an update on Aoshima's 1/350 IJN cruiser, Nagara. It looks to be coming out sometime around summer. No price yet, but it'll contain some PE, and have a bunch of on-deck stuff molded separately (which I always like). The hull will be molded in halves. Can't wait!
Also, Tamiya has update their Japanese page with more about the Mogami. Unfortunately, under the waterline, there doesn't seem to be much detail... Time to break out the tape. Of course, guys like Frank won't care...

Yep, it looks like the next couple of years will be the time for cruisers with the Nagara, Agano, and Mogami leading the way.
