Hi Fellow modelers!
I will start soon build the Deans Marine's big (relatively...) HMS Dreadnought, and I need information about British Royal Navy's colors, mainly the grey used on battleships, in 1907. Also, if somebody has same information during 1915.
Becouse of big size of model (1:96 and 160 cm), I will use household paints, witch can be mix almost to any color desired. So, I would like to have color in some color standard. Also will do, if exact match (or close enought...) can be found in some modell color brands, single tinlet is easy to purchase anyway.
Thanks in advance,
Ville H

Ville
I built my 1:700 Dreadnought as in 1909, at this time she wore a light grey scheme for which I used Humbrol 147. There isn't a lot of information about regarding the colours of ships in this period but this paint is a good match for the later Royal Navy light greys so I think you will be safe with it
