Here he is with a little paint on not quite finished yet as I still have to add a cable to the lamp and do a little more work on the uniform but you'll get the idea.
For interest here's his twin brother, one of the originals in metal.

What do you think about installing an LED light inside the Aldis barrel?

Hi Karl,
Technically I suppose it would be possible of you had the right shape and size of LED and you had 2 very thin wires wrapped in very thin insulation.
Don't know enought about LEDs to say. The battery could be in the engine room!!
