I would like to know if there is a kit out there for the memorial itself? If not does anyone know where I can get detailed plans so that i could build it (memorial)? I tried e-mailing the Arizona historical society for answers but got not reply. can anyone help?

Hi Jody!

No such kit exists to my knowledge, and actual builders plans are probably buried deep in an archive. However, there are plenty of photographs from various angles, both interior and exterior, and these can be used to produce good drawings to build from.

There is at least one book on the Memorial itself I purchased when I visited the site twenty-five years ago, and it contained photos of the construction process which shed additional light on the design. Such a work may be available from the Memorial gift shop.
