Crew,
Speaking of the Revell U-Boats, has anyone heard of any after market goodies coming out for the 1/144th scale boats ? They really are gorgious models. But I have seen very few built up at the various competitions. I'm sure someone must be thinking of extra "Goodies" for these boats.

If anyone has any info, share the words Guys. take it easy.............Bruce

Heres a tread dealing with the availeble updates for the VII C - loads of imput: http://models.rokket.biz/index.php?topic=117.0

I have a VII on huld ontil june 6 th. where a camouflage campain kicks of on MSW - I have been collecting stuff to get ready for kick of.

I have bought:

Model Brass - new deck and correction to lower floodholes
WEM - corrected floodholes and torpedo openings

Aside from that you can get a wooden deck from Nautilus, a inner hull insert from Yankee Modelworks, interiour sections from CMK - and dont forget the crew!

I would suggest that you look for the CMK tower update, as it deals with details in the bridge and on the guns.

lots of interesting stuff to read here - http://amp.rokket.biz/reference.shtml - on subjects like colour and flood holes, highly recommendable!

Heres a tread dealing with one of this subs, highly inspirational : http://models.rokket.biz/index.php?topic=58.0

Cheers/jan

D.T.
Thank you for the info on the 1/144th PE for the Revell Boats. This will definitely be looked into. From what I can see it looks like quite a comprehensive sheet. Now we just need some crew figures added in, and we have the makings for some Great Dioramas !

Thanks again.....................................Bruce

Lucky Model just received a new shipment of Griffon products. Listed are items for the 1/72 scale U boat and 1/144 scale items as well, torpedo sets I think.
