I have looked but squat any hints?

Hi Jeff!

That scale is awfully close to O-gauge in model railroading. Visit Reynauld's Euro Import and check out their extensive line of Preiser figures. You can get a set of unpainted styrene figures that can be altered to pass for sailors.
