Im making the Dragon Pansalvania. It came with the wrong ships boats. It should have 2 Whalers I think.
What coulours would they be. Hull blue like the ship sides? Also what colour is it inside a whaler. blue or wood?
Help appreciated

Hi Allan!
Well, looking at pictures of motor whaleboats involved in the U-505 capture, it appears that wartime boats were painted flat black from the waterline down (with a bronze propeller). All vertical and horizontal surfaces inside the boat and the outer skin were painted the parent ship's camo. It also appears all brightwork was painted over, too.
