Has anyone out there ever used a de-bonder for super-glue? Specifically on resin parts? I need to re-align two parts that moved while the glue set. I want to know if there will be any ill effects on the resin parts caused by the de-bonder? If anyone can help me out with an answer I'd appreciate it. Al

Never had a problem or a reaction with resin, just make sure you wash everything with soap and water to make sure you remove all traces of the debonder, if you want fresh CA to stick.

Hi Dave, Thanks for the come back. I picked up some Zap brand de-bonder at my LHS since it was Zap super glue that I used. I'm going to give it a try and hope for the best. Al

Well, I tried the de-bonder and it worked as advertised. There was some damage to one of the parts which had a very thin lip around the edge of it. I don't know if the damage was caused by the over application of the de-bonder, the fragile nature of the part, my own over zealousness, or maybe a combination of all three. Luckily the damaged edge will be completely hidden and I was able to re-align the offending part. Al
