I'm building Revell's 1/72 U-Boat and populating it with ten crewmen from Warriors ten (outstanding figures by the way). I'm having a difficult time finding color photo sources or descriptions of the color uniforms men (officers and sailors) would have worn in the Atlantic theater. I'd prefer to show some variations between the ten crewmen and not paint them all wearing grey. I would think that different shades of grey and blue, as well green and khaki green shades would have been used. Correct?

If can recommend colors or if you know of any online sources that can be of help I'd appreciate it.

Thanks very much!

Aside from that - giving speciffic colours is difficoult, as the cloating was very mixed and included civilian items as well.

Yes, Warriors makes great figures!

Thanks Jan -- that was a great idea. It's been years since I've seen das Boot -- I think I'll rent it and watch it. I'm sure I'll come up with more ideas.

Thanks again!

Brian
