Hi All.
I hope Im posting this in the right place.
Im looking into building a model of HMS Viceroy. My girlfriends father served on her and I thought it would make a nice surprise.
I know less than nothing about ships so I'm totally in your hands,,lol.
This is the Viceroy.

Is there a kit available of Viceroy or of a ship of the same class?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Nige!

Fortunately, Tamiya has recently released a sister ship, Vampire, in 1:700. You may have to adjust the main armament somewhat, but the kit should be widely available.

There are the Skytrex 1/350th white metal kits of the V&W`s.They do three verisions,a standard destroyer,as built,a Wair AA escort(as per the Viceroy),and a long-range AS escort, with the forward funnel removed,The quality isn`t too bad ,I`ve built the first two.
Hope this helps

Hi guys.
Thanks for the replies.
I'll go with the Tamiya option as I can get hold of it easily.
