That is awesome.  Well done.  If you take your model in pic #3 and photoshop it into an actual ocean background it would pass for the real thing.

As for the bow wave:
It is cotton mixed with clear silicone, selectively painted with a bit of white, but still leaving a lot of the clear silicone to its natural hue.The cotton once mixed with the silicone gives an inner whitish glow without being too obvious to the eye and also leaving just the right amount of the silicone translucence to portray the see-through of the water at the very edges.
