I also started 1/35 PT boat. Because I don't ship specialist I need help info .
Use US Navy the same Menu boxes as US Army.

Generally speaking, the answer is yes. The "boxed" rations used by the US Military are the same for all services. But the type of boxed rations is different depending on the time period. The cardboard "C" ration boxes that you find would not have been used during WW II. And after the late 1970's you would probably see the "MRE" instead of "C" rations.
During WW II I believe that US PT boats had a small galley in which food could be prepared. This would allow for some regular food to be brought on board and cooked, but I'm sure that at some point these boats would have loaded the boxed rations to provide food that would not have to be "cooked". However during WW II I don't think it would have been "C" rations.
