They also look to be a better choice than the Edwards gingerbread sailor brigade.

Ah 1-700 figures eh my old thorn in the side, while we know of painted sailors and passengers and even animals these are still 2-D and no matter how you bend them, they still appear rather errr um flat.
Seriously though, I have tried a very small blob of PVA to thicken these out, tried to slightly bend the body, head. legs. The only thing that seemed to work but doesn't work, is to photograph from one angle, this way you're locked into viewing your ship from that angle, any other then once again they appear flat, I would love to see 2 things -
1 HMS Warspite in 1-350 (plastic kit)
2 1-700 sailors that are 3-D like their buddies in 1-350
