I lost or misplaced a couple of small but very important parts of my Graf Spee model (torpedo launchers). I understand their address for replacing parts is [email protected]. I emailed them over a week ago with no response yet. Has anyone ordered parts from them before? Are they usually this slow? Is there another address other than the one above for ordering missing (or lost) parts? If I am to finish building this model I will really need these parts.

I suggest you contact Trumpeter's US distributor, Stevens Intl (856-435-1555) , I lost a piece from the Prinz Eugen kit, and they promptly replaced it.

This really sucks! Trumpeter, as I learned, doesn't deal with the public, and Stevens was the only helpful people but can only send me the parts if and when they are available.
