Top shelf, Karl!
Very impressive! This had got to be one of the best DC attacks I have seen.
I do have the "Campeltown" in the stocks for 2 year now and I am most impressed with your achivement here, too!
BZ!
Cheers,
Guido

Thanks, everyone. Since this is only the second completed project I have brought before you in the past year, I am touched that many of you have noticed my style trend. It is also gratifying to see so many kudos coming from members living on the "Sceptered Isle" regarding a Royal Navy subject!
There will be much more to come in 2010, including additional variations on the ubiquitous 'four stacker'.

Hi Karl
After reading the description of the project, I have been enjoying the photos for a long time!
I really like the dramatic effect you made on the ship and it's surroundings, making a most realistic scene!
I must say I will try and reproduce this effect in 700th scale on a future project
A very well accomplished diorama, full of action
Congratulations (it's a A+)
Cheers,
Rui
PS: I also like the camouflage on the sides of the base - another nice touch!

Hi Rui!
I got the idea for decorating my bases from professional picture framers who use a selection of colored mattes to complement the dominant colors in the original artwork.
Please try to get some of that spider web material for your dramatic water effects--having the fibers all going in the same direction really helps with geysers and hose streams.
Thanks!
