Hello there, although my D-Day diorama is now finished, I thought as I have not seen this before, to share a simple, but quite effective backdrop using A-4 paper and a copyright-free photograph.
Not sure what happened there, I did place 4 pix and only 2 came out on the board, so I'm having to use the edit.
Anyway using a black and white photo as a backdrop, you can also use your own to increase the size and numbers of shipping, men, materials and armour, I don't believe I have seen this being used before, if so then obviously it has.
For myself, I think this is a cracking good idea and makes a change from cloud spray from a rattle tin of paint, or a colourful sunset, have a look at the overall idea, and please let me know, and others what you think of this idea.
