Hey out there...anybody doing a Fletcher in 1/144?.... as if.....I am going to start as soon as I get my photo etch....the real question is ..anybody have any real recommendations on either the Eduard or the the Nautilus brand? I am an experienced builder and have worked with photoetch, so no problem there. i would just like an educated recommendation between the two! Thanks!

Thanks, but if you give Eduard a look they have several sheets available, but I don't believe as comprehensive as the one from Nautiles. That's why I was asking if anyone was brave enough to have purchased both!

I believe everyone is sticking with the Nautilus set. I haven't seen but one online build of the kit so far.

Working link.

What Eduard offers in three different sets, Nautilus offers in one.

yeah i have been watching it as well...he's doing a great job, but may be a bit too much for my time...even though it looks pretty cool....and within my capabilities, it's a bit too much work...

Yes i was thinking as well the same, but was wondering how much was just busy replacement stuff...i was building a 1/35 scale Locomotive by trumpeter and ordered some Lion Roar and most of it was just replacement stuff, that really didn't add much to it...you know what I mean....are you building it? the Fletcher I mean?

Not my scale. I build 1/700 mainly with the odd 1/400 - 1/350 kit every now and again.
