First of all -
HAPPY NEW YEAR !
Hello there, in my quest and search for good rigging for 1-700 scale surface craft, I have used just about everything from burning plastic to fly-fishing line, and when I was just about to give up, came along this 'stuff' a sort of cord come nylon that although I thought I'd never have a use for, the moment I ran this through some super glue it was transformed into fantastic rigging line - what a berk I am - not once did I write down where or what this actually was, the size or for that matter what it was made from, in my dusty memory I vaguly remember something about stiches, the sort of thing a medical person would use, less then 0.5 thick perfect, now back to square one, I did find something called hemp, and straight away brought .25mm and here is where another problem begins.
Customers who bought this item also bought:
1. 4124/02 Rigging Cord Natural Hemp 0.25mm x 20mtr (Ref: A4124/02)
2. 4124/01 Rigging Cord Natural Hemp 0.10mm x 20mtr (Ref: A4124/01)
3. 4124/10 Rigging Cord Natural Hemp 1.0mm x 20mtr (Ref: A4124/10)
In the above table there are 3 sizes that appear as they are in their post of Cornwall model boats sale catalogue, I have already contacted them as I believe the mistake has to be me.
Please pick the thinnest cord from the above table, my money is on No 2.
Look forward to your reply.
