Our remote server has gone down. That means that Caroline and I can't access the company files. You can still place orders--no problem there--and we can still download them and have them ready to process. We just can't process them until Dave--hopefully tomorrow--gets over to the shop to rectify the problem. Obviously this also means we can't answer questions about whether an item is in stock, or about the status of pending orders.

Bear with us and keep the orders coming. We'll resume our usual alacrity as soon as we possibly can.

Hi John,

Sorry to hear about your server woes.

Fortunately, I get my stock of your most excellent sets from Pacific Front Hobbies. Currently I am using your WWII German AA Set and DKM Doors and Hatches set on my little Z Class build. While the AA weapons are a bear to assemble in 1/700 scale, they sure beat the kit parts by a long mile.
