I hate to be a PITA, but what are the scale and which navy do the turrets belong to.

Thanks for the question.
These are 1/350th scale 5"/38 Mk.28 mod.3 turrets set
I understand that these are the turrets found on most US WW2 battleships.

Thanks for clearing it up. I did not have my glasses on when I read the link and missed it.
I wonder if you could use them for some of the late war DD's that had twin gun turrets?
