Wow, what an unique ship to model. She's so odd looking she's cool. I'm not sure I'll build one, but I'd sure love to see one built.

I did a quick google search and found this very interesting article. It seems the Chinese have made a 1/1 scale replica of her that you can visit!

Oh Boy, I could hug those people at Bronco Models. Brilliant move to provide a chinese battle ship. The dragons at the stern will be a good starting point for PE or white metal parts to pop in. Thnaks for the link and thank oyu for making aware.

I wish it were in 1/700 to complement Seals Models' Itsukushima/Hashidate kit (though you'd have to backdate the latter for the battle of Yalu).
