Hi all:
I need some (a lot) of help with this one. I want to model the USS Falcon, AM-28, later ASR-2, but I'm no scratch builder (yet), and there is no kit I can find of this class. Does anyone know of a kit that I can convert to this ship? I have a family attachment to this fascinating ship, and really want to build it for my dad.

Any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
Thanks to all in advance, I really want to be able to give a model to my dad.
Happy modeling to all..........

Gunny

Oh, yeah,
Scott, have I got a kit for you!

To my knowledge, there is only ONE such kit available that will make your project a bit easier, mate, and at a limited availability....our mate Harry Abbott of Battlefleet Models comes to the rescue, with the ASR 12 Penguin kit, (one of my most favorite vessels, and kits. BTW!) that will give you the basics, and with a good set of reference, you should be able to reproduce the ASR-2 with some scratching modifications....very interested in this project Scott, please keep us informed!

Cheers,
~Gunny
