Saturday, July 17, 2010, is the day of the 1st Annual Fine Scale Model Show for the Tri-Cities in northeastern Tennessee. The 1st Annual Fine Scale Model Show will be held at Bays Mountain Park, Kingsport, Tennessee, during Kingsport''''''''s Fun Fest celebration. The times are 9:30 am until 6:00 pm. Automobiles, aircraft, armor, dioramas, figures, ships, and space (real and Sci-fi) categories are open. Plaques and awards, ribbons and certificates will be awarded. There will also be a door prize.
