Hi All,

I don't know if anyone else saw this at about 0945 this morning - the French destroyer Latouche-Treville, being towed backwards under Tower Bridge...

Does anyone know why she was there? it's Armed Forces here today but she didn't seem to part of the events going on at the Lord Mayors building?
