Hi all
I think that this post is long overdue, mainly as a way of showing respect to all members, those who contacted me and also for those who were quiet, but wondering...
As most of you know, and probably noticed, my internet air time has been very much limited, and that showed off in my participation on this wonderful community.
So, and with pain, I talked to Jim and Mark and asked to step down of the position I was having here at Kitmaker - this way, someone who has the will and time could go in and join the crew.
After 5 years, from single warship editor of warships/armorama, to Managing Editor and after stepping down giving way to Mark (who is doing a hell of a good job, btw) and keeping the Senior Editor position, I will be around here, participating in Campaigns, making my usual Ship Photo Reports and submitting Features and MOD's of my own creations, but no more in the Staff of MSW.
Again, I would like to ask all that are willing to enter that Staff, to give a step forward and contact Mark - It's fun to be a part of such a great community!
Thanks for the support
Cheers,
Rui
PS: my email of contact obviously changed: rui dot francisco dot matos at gmail dot com (sorry but it has to be this way to avoid (more) spam!)

Hey Rui!
It's an honor to stand amongst the sideboys as you are piped over the side. Come back aboard often.
Hail the Lion of Lisbon!

Rui, you will always be the "Skipper" at MSW, mate, as without your involvement, things around here would definitely be much different...your support behind me personally will never be forgotten by yours truly (thanks for the BZ comment, btw!), and you will always be welcome here to contribute as much as your time allows.
Now, like Jan said, go build something!!!!
Cheers,
~Gunny

Thanks guys
As for building something, you should rest on that issue... It's in the process
Also, I have some MOD's shots to make, so more of my work soon
Again, Thank You All for the support
