MSW crew-mate Tim Parker (pzkw) took a recent trip to Norfolk, Virginia, and took the opportunity to tour one of the USS Wisconsin, BB-64, one of the famous Iowa-class ships currently berth at Nauticus!

I remember seeing "Whiskey" in Norfolk just before she was decommed. She is one time I can say I fell in love with a "Fat Bottom Girl."

One day while heading down to the carrier piers we drove past her and DDG51 was parked in front of her. Talk about a size contrast! I am glad that she is still around.

Thank you for sharng with us!
