Well, it's Monday, and we all know what Mondays are like....

Lizzie just phoned us here in West Virginia to say that WEM UK is without phones--meaning they have no internet, and no phone link for charging credit cards. BT is telling them it will be fixed within 24 hours (and we all know what BT is like...).

Thus, we're dead in the water at the moment. But never fear, Caroline and I will still be downloading orders and will have them ready to go as soon as the UK phone system is back, so keep 'em coming--there's no problem accessing the WEM website.

The only thing we won't be able to do is answer questions regarding stock availability, since we can't access the remote computers and can't ask Lizzie or Dave to check stock.

Update: The WEM fax line is back in operation, and phone calls to WEM are being re-routed to Dave's or Lizzie's mobile phone, so they are able to take phone orders. They are using the credit card machine on the fax line, so are presently charging orders and shipping, The main phone line is being worked on now and hopefully will be back up later today.
