Thanks, glad you lads like it.
Like i mentioned before, this is not my usual area of interest, but my thoughts sometimes wonder in this direction, so maybe in the future i will make more stuff like that.

Hi mate
When i opened the box i was amazed, rubber skirt, lots of details, simply cool.
Unfortunately the far i went with assembly the worse it was.
I think the biggest problem were the fan/props cylinder covers and wipers on the cabin.
I would highly recommend to assemble everything in modules and paint separately, leaving the rubber skirt for last,
It would be much easier to paint main hull and all of the markings.
Rubber skirt (which btw doesn't fit exactly perfectly) could be left without painting, but if you want to add decals than you will have to do something as they quite thick.
My wife likes the chain also, especially that they are from her "jewelry" box

Very nicely built, love the weathering. I bought one recently and I bought a Bradley and truck to go with this LCAC.
I am thinking of converting it to radio control but not sure if it will work. I shall try.

Nice job Adam,
Like the subtilety of the weathering, and the cargo load, brings it to life
