Hi Guys,
Is it just a past memory or wishhful think but wasn't there some talk a while ago of an Italeria 1/35 British MTB?
The reason I ask is I picked up a copy of British Motor Gun Boats 1939-45 which makes interesting reading and it sparked a past memory.
It also mentiones some Elco Boats handed over to the British early in the war and again later in 44 in the Med. I don't suppose any of these would have the Italeri Hull length which I can't remember now. lol, lol.
Cheers
Al

Last time I looked, Italeri was supposedly kitting a 70' Vosper MTB, the illustration being for MTB 73. The 70' ELCOs used by the RN as MGBs were the former PTC 1-12. The two boats share absolutely no similarities.

Just for reference:
MGB86 is the configuration as transferred, while MGB87 is a later RN mod with the Vickers MKV turrets.
