A great little kit. I have been working on the Pearl for a few months now.
Just can't seem to make the sails look right

Hi Everyone,
Sorry, I have not been around much this year.
I have been a little under the weather much of the year. Doing better now.
Christian,
The best way I know of is to trace the line drawing of the Pearl on the instruction sheet with a pencil. Stain the paper with tea (dilute the tea with water to the desired color). Then soak the sail with white glue solution (25% glue- 75% water) shape as desired ( I use large diameter plastic tubing).
Or there is Jim Baumann way available on my website in the SS Drumgeith article.

Definately one for me, these ships are now my favourite, much more than anything with a gun.
