I'm just starting on Dragon's 1/350 U.S.S. Laffey DD-459. I use WEM Colourcoat enamels almost exclusively. Dragon's instructions unfortunately do not list WEM colors and I've had little luck trying to find the correct colors using the paint conversion chart I have.

Does anybody know the correct colors in WEM's line for the upper hull and superstructure? The instructions call for "Navy Blue" in the Model Master line. My thinking is something along the lines of WEM's Thayer Blue, but that is just a guess. Anybody know for sure?

Thanks in advance.

If you are building the Laffey in her final configuration, she was overall Navy Blue (5N), with Deck Blue (20B) on her decks. No Thayer Blue.
