Thanks Rui, for your excellent report. Someday I will make my dream come true and attend the event. Especially to personally meet all those fellow modelers.
Photos are very good, only a few little spoiled by the flash light reflecting somewhere.
Happy modeling,
Rea00cy

I've seen more in your report, Rui, than actually being there! The photgraphy is a key element however your text is top entertainment, and interesting reading - very well done, and I look forward to seeing you next year.

Thank you Rui for this excellent report and all your efforts making this huge amount of photos and superb text. I just found out what all I have missed. Really it was a great show and it is always a great pleasure to attend. Meeting all these fellow modellers there.

Thanks guys!
I am glad that all of you enjoyed the show report!
This is one of the reason for not appearing in some of the FWL group photos
It takes some time, and have to pay attention to all display tables and stands, but in the end, this is my way of saying Thank You to all that took ship models to this great event!
It may seem too many hours of show, but I have failed to speak with some chaps... Peter Plattner, Kohey from ModelArt, Jacques Druel from L'Arsenal are some of them...
Next year maybe...
Let's hope so!
Cheers,
Rui
EDIT: Just a quick note to say that the Group Photo was NOT taken by me or with my camera

A wonderful round-up on a most excellent show!
Rui's excellent photography was a boon--with so many fascinating subjects shown (like the 1:72 Austrian torpedo craft and that Sagamore scene in the graving dock), it is certainly the best of times in ship modeling.

Excellent report Rui, and a mug shot of me to tone it down
Looking through your photo's I just remembered a stand I was going to check out, well a bit late now I'll have to wait till next year.
(at least the camera couldn't see under the table where the big box was hiding)

Awesome, just awesome...! It took me some time to look at the 500.000 photos (hehehe), but I saw them all! I'm becoming a bigger ship enthusiast everyday...
