Someone brought this up on another forum and it was suggested he post on Model Geek, but I haven't seen anything yet so I thought I'd take the plunge.
2011 marks the 50th anniversary of the first men in space. Seems to me like a fitting time to do a Man in Space campaign. My proposal would be open for a year starting on January 1 (or April 12 if I can't get the ball rolling in time.) Any real manned spacecraft would be eligible.
I know it's pretty late notice, but I figured I'd give it a try. We would need 10 enlistees to get it approved. I'll post a notice on some of the other KitMaker sites, but I think the "official" thread will run on the Geek Central forum on the Model Geek site, so sign up there if you're interested!

I think it's a good idea and I am really for it, but right now I am enlisted in 6 campaigns finishing until August 2011. That's already twice as much as I can finish, if I look at it realistically. ... Not to speak of my own campaign starting in June.
There are just too many god ideas comig up these days.
