i am building the 1:350 Kirov and the information I find about it on the internet is a bit confusing, so to avoid making some bad decisions, I would like to know:

What is the hull number of the early Kirov, so with the early radar fit and before it was renamed?

In which fleet did the vessel serve at this time? I have got some WEM Baltic Fleet Grey and Northern Fleet Grey, which one should I choose?

The overall grey of the ship was intentended to be all the same colour? I see on some Kirov class pics huge differences between superstructure and hull colour, but I assumed this is because of weathering, sunlight at the moment when the picture was taken and infrequent touch up painting, right or wrong?
