Does anyone know if the plastic parts that come in the Premuim Edition 1/400 Titanic are the same as the parts in their regular 1/400 Titanic? I need to replace the hull for my Premium Edition kit due to some damage, and I don't want to have to buy another Premium kit, or one of the anniversary kits.

I tried, over a year ago. I'm sorry to say that their customer service is pretty poor. I've sent them numerous emails, and called them numerous times, once or twice per month since last November or so. Rarely do I get an email back, or a phone call. It's always the same thing: they're not sure if they have the part, but they'll get back to me.

The worst part is that their warehouse where all extra parts and damaged kits go is only 30 minutes from my house. I could just drive there and ask them in person, but whenever I'm home from school (which is VERY rare), they never return my call to see if that is okay. It's pretty disappointing.
