What exactly can one accomplish with the Missouri conversion set?

The USS Missouri set covers pretty much everything. The conversion updates the kit to the ship's 1991 configuration There is a tremendous amount of parts with the set including all of the turned barrels, resin parts and tons of photo etch.

Are you sure about the 1991 conversion because it looks like 2 seaplane catapults are included and the showcase model is painted in WW2 configuration?

Hi Willem,
Personally, I do not have the set, but judging from the box description and parts, the set appears to adequately update the ship...within reason. The Missouri was not one of the ones listed on this new update, but with a quick look around there was a few images of the set in use...
