I haven't seen ranks or banners in ages. I've tried all browsers. I saw them once, signed in and they disappeared.

Kenny, I don't know if you fixed your issue or not, but before each post, there should be a string of buttons: Profile, Photos, Message, WWW, Hide User, and More Info. If you click on More Info, the profile pictures, user info, ranks, signatures, and banners should all pop up.
