starting today with dry fitting of hull, noticed hull parts and decks fit better without the optional waterline enforcements some guys opt for to strengthen the full hull version.Trying to decide if I should drill out some or all of the 338 portholes, random open portholes is what I see on original photos, opinions please?.I am really impressed with this Academy 350 details on the the port holes, the porthole gutters are there if you look close enough.I am going to try and make a 3D version of the ships bow Nazi Eagle.I am looking for reference on rigging this ship?

Drilling out the port holes will be a big task. There are the people who feel doing this is the only way to make them look right. Then others give them depth with a wash of a dark color. I do not drill them out. That is a choice totally up to you.

Rigging for her, I may have something to help you let me look.

good luck with her. She is on my short list to build.
