Hey guys

I just picked up Trumpeter's USS Momsen for a steal at $34 at a garage sale.

I have a big question, does anyone have any good close up shots of the ship? The instructions for building do not show the Phalanx CIWS installed, but images I can find on Google show it mounted fore and aft.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Well, it took a couple of tries.

I got to tour the USS Shoup a couple of Navy Days ago. She was docked bow to bow with the Momsen here in Everett. Didn't get any pics that I can find.

I did find this on Google.

I have the USS Cole kit too, though since seeing Battleship, I want to transform it to the USS John Paul Jones

I am thinking abour doing some mods to the Momsen, such as the Drone Helicopter on the fantail pad.
