Since they know everything every Thursday I meet my friends " Lobos Grises " or Grau Wolfe ..... yesterday two new wolves joined to the Flotilla of the Rio de la Plata .....

Fire in the bunker!!!!.....

The newcomers

It is not Brad Pit ... I am .

And Friend Pablo Buzzalino and Me .The idea is the construction of these two wolves taking much of the learned here with the excellent work of "Al Bubnis" and "Michael Beduhn"

Regards Daniel ......The meat was very juicy ......

Julian ... yes our meetings lately are very Light!! Not alcohol.

It is as Al Bubnis says.. Good food, good friends, and plenty of plastic ......

Thank you Jan !! Look like an engineers' meeting of the Kriegsmarine!! Jajaj The Kit is very big!! And of very good quality but since we saw in the construction of Al and Michael much is absent and in this scale it is obvious!!!!
The schemes of painting are of captured units ... it is not the idea. Possibly let's initiate a construction to duo with my friend Paul.

Friend Kev ..You to cattle my fondness jajajja
Me take pleasure that you are of his pleasure.

Regards for All

This is a great set of photo's showing how you build up the waterline weathering, really interesting and the result is very realistic.

Hey Daniel, I just caught up with this lone wolf of yours. I can sum it up in 2 words for you...totally awesome!!

Well, as I do have this big hunk of plastic as well I'll be saving up this thread for future reference. It will come in handy once I start mine. I was thinking about doing a waterline dio, but after seeing your oil tin effect on her....mmmm, I'm having second thoughts. LOL

You do great work, so keep it up because I'm learning a lot

Mike

You see Mike, the Gentleman fron Montevideo is a genius and a master builder
I think I have learnt more from him than he from me and he is also a very nice person to trade jokes and ideas with.

Was looking at my folders and I have many photos of U 552 for hanging!!

If I see for Montevideo this person I ask for an autograph him!!! .....Thank you very much for the concept of my person.

Mike If you want to make you a water linea I recommend this excellent work of another MSW's teacher. Jan Klarbaek

Daaiel and Julian both of you guys are genius when it comes to build ship models. At least, that's all I've seen of you guys work, who knows what else you guys build and are great at.

Daniel, since you are finish with this...are the finished model posted here someplace?

Julian, your dio is awesome. I must have looked over it several times now. I'm thinking in the lines of similar dio...I saw this photo and wanted to replicate it...

http://thisiswarblog.files.wordpress.com/2012/05/u505.jpg

Or, if I can score two 1/72 tug boats I'll do this...

http://portraitsofwar.files.wordpress.com/2012/02/uboat4.jpg

Well, that's the plan at least...keeping my fingers crossed
